Mise-en-Scene (Colour)

Colour
The first film that used colour was in a film called 'Voyage a Travers' by George Melics in 1904. Back then films was painted hand, frame by frame.

The next development was two-strip technicolor using only red and green. They used this in the mystery of the wax museum (1933).

The first full three strip technicolor was Becky Sharp (1934).  From the 1930s to the 1940's Colour represented fantasy and speculation whilst black and white represented reality.

Initial Ideas

Idea 1 (Insane killer)
The first idea is a insane killer with similarities to films such as The Shinning. Include a shot of the killer standing still in a run down area looking intimidating. Also we will have a chase scene included in it.
Idea 2 (Assassination)
We will have a assassination with a shots of killers guns and equipment in a hotel room with him above a balcony looking out.
Idea 3 (Hostage)
Someone tried robbing a pub and opening a safe but they are taking to long and have to take hostages.
